The Junior League of Jacksonville is an organization of women committed to promoting volunteerism, developing the potential of women and improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Its purpose is exclusively educational and charitable.
The Junior League of Jacksonville has been a force for change in our local community since 1923. Over the past nine decades, we have strategically focused our volunteer efforts to address unmet needs in the community and create sustainable programming for significant change and impact. Our current community focus is on our Fresh Minds Program, in which we tackle issues related to food deserts, food insecurity, and nutrition education for the children in our community.
